We suggest everyone starts their Lagree Fitness journey at this level.
This class is for those NEW to Lagree Fitness Method and the Megafromer or those who want to perfect their technique in a slower-paced training session. Our “back-2-basics” class will give you ample time to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and the Lagree Fitness moves. You can still expect each of our trainers to give you a tough class and a good burn!
We all start at the Beginning and
work toward our goals! You’ll enjoy this 50 min. low-impact, high intensity, strength training session.
This session is our traditional Lagree method class. During this 50 minute, full-body workout we target all parts of the body. This session is designed to flow seamlessly from one movement to the next to ensure those muscles are constantly working together with the ultimate time under tension. Whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, multiple modification options provided by the qualified training staff make this class suitable for all levels. Experience Suggested. Be ready to shake and sweat and have a blast!
Looking for more focus on those muscle groups above the waist? This class will concentrate on your core, arms, back and chest. There will still be a small amount of time allocated to your legs, but the be assured the focus will be on the waist-up!. The Lagree method will remain the structure which consists of slow, intelligently-sequenced movements designed to build intensity and burn! In doing so, we’ll lead you to sculpt your upper body with long, lean and toned definition!
